By using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and authorizes Paradise Living to transmit data (including updated information) to obtain information from third parties, including, but not limited to, data necessary for payment validation and identity authentication.

• Update these Terms regularly, and it is the User's responsibility to check for any changes. Continued use of the Website after the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of them.

The risk of the products transfers to the User upon delivery to the indicated address.

The User has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of free resolution, in accordance with Portuguese legislation.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of product error or defect.

Returns of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted, except in case of defect.

10. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT at the current legal rate. Paradise Living reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payment can be made through the methods available on the Website.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is the property of Paradise Living and is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
