Order Processing

All rug and home textile orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or promotions, this timeframe may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

• Islands (Azores and Madeira): Currently unavailable.

• Spain and Rest of Europe: We currently prioritize our shipping operations for the Iberian Peninsula. For shipments to Spain, delivery is estimated within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for purchases over 250€. For orders below this amount, the exact shipping cost will be automatically and transparently calculated on the checkout screen before you make your payment.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number, allowing you to track the shipping status directly on the CTT website or the associated carrier. If you have any difficulty with tracking, please contact us.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

For detailed information on how to proceed, please consult our independent Returns Policy at the footer of the website. In accordance with e-commerce legislation, we accept returns within 14 days, provided that the products have not been used, are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
